Noodles: Multi grain blend (95%) (Finger millet flour, Pearl millet flour, Kodo millet flour, Barnyard millet flour, Little millet flour, Foxtail millet flour, Sorghum millet flour and Whole wheat flour), Cluster bean powder and Iodized salt
Spice Mix/Tastemaker: Mixed Spice Mix (63 %) (Coriander, Dried Red chili, Fennel, Cumin, Pepper, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Dried Ginger, Dried Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Star anise, Kashmir Chili), Iodized Salt, unrefined cane sugar and Acidity Regulator (INS330).
Step 1 : Boil enough water in pan and cook the Noodles for 5-6 minutes.
Step 2: Drain the hot water & rinse with cold water.
Step 3: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Add the Classic (inside the pack) and fry for 1 minute.
Step 4: Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Mix well and serve hot.
