Order Processing

Prepaid Orders Only: We only accept prepaid orders. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders. All payments must be completed online at checkout using the available payment methods.
Order Confirmation: Once your order and payment are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Tamil Nadu and other regions across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹799 within Tamil Nadu.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹799, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 or ₹29 will be applied at checkout based on shipping partner available.

Delivery Time

Tamil Nadu: Orders within Tamil Nadu typically take 7 to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Other States: For orders outside Tamil Nadu, delivery may take 10 to 14 business days, based on the shipping address.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

Delivery Issues

Failed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address details or if no one is available to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-shipment.
