How to Use Somberi Chicken Masala

1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. (Optional) Add chopped onions and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.

3. Add 600g of chicken/ any meat/ mushroom/paneer/soya/ sea foods

4. Add Somberi Chicken Masala and mix well to coat.

5. Add salt to taste.

6. For gravy, pour in water as needed.
   For dry roast, just sprinkle some water.

7. Cook until the meat or veg is tender and fully done.
