Noodles: Grain blends (95%) (Foxtail Millet Flour and Whole wheat flour), Cluster bean powder and Iodized salt.
Spice Mix/Tastemaker: Mixed Spices (49.59%) (Coriander Seeds Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Cumin, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Cassia, Bay leaves, Fenugreek, Star Aniseed, Clove, Nutmeg), Iodized Salt, Unrefined Cane Sugar and Acidity Regulator (INS330)
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 : Boil enough water in pan and cook the Noodles for 5-6 minutes.
Step 2: Drain the hot water & rinse with cold water.
Step 3: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Add the Classic (inside the pack) and fry for 1 minute.
Step 4: Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Mix well and serve hot.

What a delicious and healthy product ! I loved the taste but some children can't eat more spicy so you can add little lesser spicy or you can make another product of same noodles with less spicy
