1) How to Prepare Perfect Madras Biryani

Soak the rice in water and set aside.

In a biryani pot, heat oil and ghee.

Sauté onions until golden brown.
-
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, cook until raw smell fades.

Toss in tomatoes, mint, and fresh coriander – let it simmer.

Add Spicy Samayal’s Madras Biryani Masala and mix well.

Stir in thick curd and a dash of lemon juice.
-
Add your choice of chicken/ any meat/ mushrooms/ paneer/ seafood, or vegetables.

Pour in water and add the soaked rice.

Cover and cook on a low flame until rice is fluffy and water is absorbed.

Let it rest, then gently fluff before serving.
2) How to Use Somberi Chicken Masala

Heat oil in a pan.

(Optional) Add chopped onions and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.

Add 600g of chicken/ any meat/ mushroom/paneer/soya/ sea foods
-
Add Somberi Chicken Masala and mix well to coat.
-
Add salt to taste.
-
For gravy, pour in water as needed.
For dry roast, just sprinkle some water.

Cook until the meat or veg is tender and fully done.
Enjoy with rice, roti, or dosa for a satisfying, spice-loaded meal!
