HOW TO PREPARE IT?
This is not an instant drink --- for full benefits, it needs to be cooked:
1. Mix 1 or 2 tablespoons of Spicy Samayals Health Mix with 120 ml of water or milk to make a smooth paste.
2. Pour into a pan and cook on low flame, stirring continuously for 5–7 minutes until it thickens and is well-cooked.
3.Add jaggery or palm sugar if desired.
Enjoy warm. Best consumed once or twice a day, especially in the morning for a nourishing start.
